Marg Constructions Ltd

This office of Marg Constructions Ltd is located at No1, B2/B in the S.R Flats on Thirupur Kumaran Street in Chrompet, Chennai. It’s a modest flat on a street that gets quite busy during the morning rush. We use a couple of the rooms for our office work. It’s a bit cramped with all the computers and filing cabinets we’ve managed to fit inside. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes on a whiteboard. We don't have a professional interior design or anything like that. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so much time here. The kitchen area of the flat is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea. We handle the paperwork for various construction projects from this spot. It’s a lot of invoicing and scheduling. We aren't the type of company to have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll just find a few of us working away at our desks. We like the local feel of being in Chrompet. It keeps us close to the projects we are managing. We don't have any grand mission statements to share. We just focus on the task of the day and making sure things are moving forward on the sites. It’s a very grounded and simple way to run a business. There is always someone coming or going with a new update on a project.
