Marudinba Exim

Marudinba Exim is tucked away at No. 25/47 on Coral Merchant Street in the Mannady area. If you’ve ever been to Mannady, you know how tight the streets are and how much is going on all the time. It’s a real hub for trade. We’ve been part of this community for a while, working out of our modest office here. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us because they know the street well. Our work involves a lot of importing and exporting, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. There is always a lot of chatter in the office, mostly about prices and shipping times. We don't have a corporate structure with managers and sub-managers, we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of being in this old part of the city. We appreciate the history of Coral Merchant Street and we like being right in the middle of all the action. It can be noisy and dusty, but it’s home for the business. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the weights are right and the addresses are clear on every package. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do, and we’ve gotten pretty used to the pace here in Mannady.
