Nelson Cctv System is based at 24 Sairaksha Street in Mangadu. It is a small office where we keep all the cameras, cables, and tools we need for our work. Most of the time, we aren't even in the office because we are out at someone’s house or a shop installing things or fixing a connection that went bad. Mangadu is a growing area, so there is always someone looking to put in a new system. Our desks are usually covered in loose wires and small screwdrivers. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We handle the technical side of things, but we talk like normal people, not like some manual. If a camera isn't working, we go look at it and try to figure out why. It is a lot of climbing ladders and drilling into walls. We aren't a huge company with a fleet of vans. It is just a couple of us doing the installs and making sure the monitors show what they are supposed to show. Sairaksha Street is a quiet enough spot to come back to after a long day of work. We don't spend much on advertising or anything; mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors. We just keep our heads down, do the wiring, and move on to the next job that comes up in the area.
