Mancini Enterprises Pvt Ltd isn't a name you’ll see on giant billboards or on the side of a bus. We’re more of a local operation that stays under the radar. The office is in a busy spot, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people shouting outside. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character and we like it. We have our regular routines that we stick to. We come in early, check the mail, and get to work on our various projects. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water fountain or expensive art. It’s just some plain desks and some hard-working people trying to get things done. We like the vibe of Saidapet because it feels authentic and real. We don't spend our time crafting perfect mission statements or worrying about our brand image. We’d rather just fix whatever problems come up that day and keep our clients happy. Our team is small but we’ve been together for a bit and we get along well. We know each other's habits and how we like our tea. Sometimes the office is loud, sometimes it’s quiet when we are all focused. We handle the business in a way that makes sense to us without being overly corporate.
