It’s a residential-style area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. We handle various export and import tasks, which mostly involves a lot of sitting at the computer and talking to people on the phone. It isn't a high-tech operation, just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We like being in K.K. Nagar because it’s a nice part of town, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our clients happy. There are no scripted greetings here; we just talk to people like normal human beings. Some days the paperwork stacks up and it feels like we’ll never get through it, but we always do. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sales team. It’s just us, working through the daily requirements of the import-export trade. We take things as they come and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple life and a simple business, which is exactly how we want it to stay for as long as we keep our doors open here.
