Manai Real Estate Private Limited has its office at No. 3 (1A) on Parthasarathy Street in Korrukupet. We are specifically located in Cornation Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, and things can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the general neighborhood noise. We do a lot of real estate work around here. It usually involves a lot of talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of space they need for their business. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for the meetings we have and the paperwork we need to file. Korrukupet has a very specific feel to it, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking right in front of the door, so you might have to walk a little bit from the main road. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons usually involve going out to look at different sites or meeting with owners. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that is the nature of real estate. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so the locals know who we are. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just do the work that comes our way and try to keep our records straight.
