Mala Associates Pvt Ltd is a small place located at No 24 on Ariya Gowda Road. This is in the West Mambalam area, very close to Kodambakkam. If you live around here, you know that Ariya Gowda Road is famous for people taking their morning and evening walks. It is a very residential neighborhood with lots of old houses and small shops. Our office is not very big, just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We do various types of associate work and paperwork here. It is usually pretty quiet inside compared to the street outside. We have a small sign out front but it is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Mambalam for generations. Sometimes the water truck comes by and blocks the whole road, which is just part of living in this part of Chennai. We start our day by sweeping the front step and getting the papers ready. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. We don't have any corporate uniforms or fancy protocols. We just talk to people who walk in and try to help them with whatever documents or services they need. It is a very local way of working. The office has that old-school smell of paper and ink, and we like it that way because it feels familiar and comfortable for everyone.
