MAKIZHAM CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office, Makizham Chits Private Limited, is situated at No. 72/3 along the 100 Feet Road in Vadapalani. If you know Chennai, you know how busy that road gets with all the buses and traffic heading toward the temple or the malls. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our work. We manage chit funds for the local community here. A lot of people from around Vadapalani come to us because they want a simple way to save money without going through a big bank. We have a few staff members who sit at the front desks and help people with their monthly payments. There’s always a lot of writing to do and receipts to hand out. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old calendars hanging up, but it works for us. We try to keep everything organized so that when it’s time for an auction, everyone knows what’s happening. It can get a bit crowded in the small waiting area on some days, but people don’t seem to mind much. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the new buildings around us, we just keep doing what we’ve always done.
