Mahivar Consultants (Opc) Private Limited is based out of Thuraipakkam. We are located at 37B on First Street in Annai Indira Nagar. It is a pretty straightforward setup since it is an OPC, meaning it’s a small operation. Being in Thuraipakkam means we are near the IT corridor, but our street is a bit more residential and quiet compared to the main road. You can hear the birds in the morning before the city noise really starts picking up. We spend most of our time helping people with different consulting needs. It isn't a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby in Chennai, but we just keep the doors shut and keep working. People find us when they need advice or help with their own business stuff. We don't spend much time on advertising or making fancy websites. Usually, someone knows someone who used us before, and that is how we keep going. The neighborhood is okay, and we have a couple of small shops nearby for snacks. It’s a humble place to work. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of people making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to every day. We just try to be helpful and stay organized with the paperwork that comes across our desks.
