Mahaveer Electronics is tucked away on Mint Street, right at the Annapille Corner in Sowcarpet. If you’ve ever been to Sowcarpet, you know how packed and narrow the streets are. Our shop at number 386 is part of that energetic atmosphere. We deal with all sorts of electronic components and parts. It’s the kind of place where you have to look through stacks of items to find exactly what you want. We’ve been here for quite some time. The area is famous for wholesale and small shops, and we fit right in. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the customers. Most of them are looking for a specific transistor or a cable they can't find anywhere else. We have a lot of stuff crammed into a small space. It can get pretty hot and crowded in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. We know many of the other traders around the corner. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just sell electronics and try to give people a fair price. It’s noisy, dusty, and busy, but that’s just life on Mint Street. We wouldn't really want to be anywhere else at this point. It suits us just fine and keeps us busy.
