We've been at Harrington Appartments for a while now. It's an old building on Harrington Road. Dealing with hydraulic hoses isn't glamorous work. Mostly it's just getting orders, making sure the fittings are right, and sending them out. The office is at number 5. Traffic around here gets pretty bad during rush hour because of the schools nearby. We handle a lot of different types of hoses for industrial use. People usually call us or just drop by if they're in the neighborhood. It’s a busy street with lots of trees. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with deliveries. We keep the inventory organized as much as we can in the space we have. It’s mostly just a few of us here handling the paperwork and making sure the stock is moving. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. If you know the area, it's easy to find us. We've seen the road change quite a bit over the years. We just stick to what we know, which is hydraulic parts and keeping machines running. Nothing too complicated about it. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking the back rooms. It gets humid in Chennai, so the fans are always running in the office. We try to get things out the door quickly so they don't pile up. That's pretty much how it goes every day at the shop. We try to keep it simple.
