Madras Design Works

Madras Design Works is located at Shop No 7D in the Abbotsbury building. That’s at No 42/74 C P Ramaswamy Road. Alwarpet is a pretty well-known area, so finding us isn't too hard. We’re quite close to Kirtilal Jewellery. The shop is a bit small, but it’s cozy and fits what we need for our daily tasks. There is always something happening on C P Ramaswamy Road. Traffic can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that is just how Chennai is. We’ve got a few desks and some equipment squeezed in here. It’s a lived-in space. You might see some dust on the shelves or a stack of drawings that hasn't been moved in a week. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek showroom. It is just a workspace. Most of the time, we are just focused on the projects sitting on our screens. Being in Alwarpet is convenient for lunch breaks too. There are plenty of spots around here to grab a quick bite. The pincode here is 600018. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to get around to other parts of the city when we need to. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work. We don't have fancy titles or corporate rules. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in this neighborhood. It’s a plain and simple shop for regular work.
