Matras Exporters

Our place is located at No. 15/44 in Palaniappa Nagar, specifically in the Thapalpetti area of Madhavaram. We are right opposite St. Anns School, so we hear the school bell ring several times a day. It’s a good way to keep track of time without looking at a clock. Matras Exporters is a modest setup. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy sign out front. Most people find us by looking for the school. The office is usually filled with the sound of the printer going and people chatting about their weekend. We handle a lot of logistics, which means there’s a fair amount of stress when things get delayed, but we manage. We’ve got a couple of old desks that have been with us since we started. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get out of the parking area, especially when the kids are finishing school for the day. We just wait for the crowd to clear. We aren't big on formalities here. If a customer or a supplier comes by, we usually just offer them a chair and some water. It’s a very grounded way of working. Madhavaram is a bit away from the main city center, which makes it a bit more peaceful for us. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized.
