Madan Associates

Madan Associates is located at No 60/119 in the Jammi Building. We are right on Royapettah High Road in Mylapore. This building has a lot of history, and we have been part of it for a good number of years. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the road, but we are used to it. Our office is a simple setup. We spend our time working on architectural designs and coordinating with builders. Mylapore has such a specific feel to it, and we try to respect that in the work we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do decent work for the people who come to us. Usually, it is folks from the neighborhood looking to fix up an old property or build something new on a small plot. We take our measurements, draw the plans, and help with the approvals. It is a lot of technical stuff that can be quite boring for most people, but we handle it. Sometimes the deadlines get tight and we stay late, but that's how it goes. There's no big marketing team here. It is just us doing the drawings and making sure the math adds up. We like the local vibe of Royapettah and plan to stay here for a long time. It is home for us and our work.
