We’ve got a small setup for Macawber Beekay Pvt. Ltd. out here in Saharanpur. The address is 74, Bhagwati Colony on Behat Road. It’s a bit of a trek from the main New Delhi office, but we like it here in U.P. It’s a lot quieter than the capital, that’s for sure. Bhagwati Colony is a decent enough place to work. We don't have a massive building, just a modest space where we can keep our things and get the work sorted. Behat Road can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but you get used to it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some sturdy desks and enough light to see what we’re doing. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a water cooler or a lounge. We just have our chairs and our work. We usually bring lunch from home and eat at our desks. It’s a small group of us, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. It’s a practical way of running things. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a quiet, steady life in Saharanpur. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do to stay productive.
