Maan Sarovar Properties Dev Pvt Ltd is based in Chennai, specifically down in New Washermenpet. Our office is on the ground floor of 13/22 on Poondi Thangammal Street. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in from the street without having to look for an elevator. New Washermenpet is a crowded part of the city, and it always feels alive with people moving about. We deal with property development, so we are often looking at land or talking to builders. The office is usually full of maps and old documents about different plots of land around Chennai-81. It is a simple place with white walls and a few ceiling fans to keep the heat away. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just find property, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure everything is legal and correct. Sometimes the street outside gets flooded when it rains heavily, but we just put some sandbags out and keep working. It is a local business through and through.
