We are over in Anna Nagar, specifically on 2nd Street near the Tower Club. Our address can be a little tricky because it has an old number W93 and a new number W15, but we are at Plot No 4663. It’s a well-known neighborhood and we’ve been here for quite a while now. We aren't the kind of consultants who sit in high-rise buildings downtown. Our office is a regular spot where neighbors can walk in and ask about their construction or property issues. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on local regulations. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is important for getting things built the right way. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone rustling through old folders. We don't have a lot of polish or a marketing team. Most of what we do comes from people recommending us to their friends. We’ve seen Anna Nagar grow and change over the years, and we’ve been part of a lot of the projects around here in one way or another. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger plot, we just look at the facts and give our honest take on it. We aren't here to sell you anything you don't need. We just like being part of the community and doing our job well without making any big fuss.
