M Plast Bags is found at No. 194 on Govindappa Naicken Street. If you know Govindappa, you know this street is always packed with people and goods moving back and forth. It’s a very active trading area. Our shop is tucked into the row of buildings there. We handle bags, mostly the plastic kind for various uses. The shop is basically floor-to-ceiling stacks of bundles. There isn't much room to walk around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in this spot on Govindappa Naicken Street for a long time. It’s a noisy place with all the carts and voices outside, but we like the energy. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come by. Most of our day is spent counting out orders and moving heavy bundles around. It’s physical work. We don't have an air-conditioned office. We just have a fan that hums in the corner and a desk where we keep our ledger. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide what people need and get through the day. The street outside is always a mess, but inside we try to keep things as organized as possible so we can find what our customers are looking for quickly.
