Our company, M Pet Containers Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in the Mogappari West Industrial Estate at plot B-8. We mostly deal with making plastic bottles and jars. It’s a process that involves a lot of heat and molds. The machines we use are quite bulky and take up most of the floor space in the unit. It’s often quite warm inside because of the melting plastic. We spend our days watching the production line and making sure the shapes come out right. Sometimes a bottle comes out a bit wonky, so we have to sort those out by hand. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have air conditioning or nice carpets. It’s just concrete floors and stacks of boxes filled with empty containers. We’ve been in Mogappari for some time now. The industrial estate is a bit crowded, and getting trucks in and out of the B-8 gate can be a puzzle sometimes. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Most of the time, we’re just busy packing things into cartons for delivery. It’s a steady job and we like the routine of it. We keep things simple and try to make sure we don't fall behind on the orders that come through. It's just a lot of plastic and hard work every day to keep things moving along for our customers.
