M Arunachalam & Co

M Arunachalam & Co is based at 107/76 on Lioyds Road. This is also known as Avvai Shanmugam Road in the Royapettah area. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this spot for quite some time now. The building is old but it has a lot of character. We use the space to handle all our daily business operations. It is a lot of sitting at desks and looking at documents. We aren't the type of place with modern furniture or fancy art on the walls. It is just a workspace with old wooden tables and shelves full of files. We know most of the neighbors around here. Royapettah is the kind of place where people recognize each other. Our office can get a bit loud because of the traffic on Avvai Shanmugam Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small staff and we mostly just focus on our own tasks. There is always a lot to catch up on, so we stay pretty busy from morning until evening. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes, or just eat at our desks if there is too much to do. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just try to be honest and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
