Lotus Furnitures

Down here on Velacheri Main Road, right near Gurunanak College, you’ll find Lotus Furnitures. We’re in Anna Garden, tucked away a bit but easy enough to find if you know the area. It’s just me and a couple of others working here most days. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage. You’ll see plenty of chairs, dining sets, and some office stuff too. Students from the college walk by all the time, sometimes stopping in to look at cheap desks for their rooms. The traffic on this road is always moving, but once you step inside, it’s quiet. We don't do much advertising; mostly it's just people from around Velacheri who’ve seen us while driving past. The furniture we keep is the kind of stuff that lasts. Nothing too flashy or modern, just practical things for a normal home. We spend a lot of time moving things around to make space. If you ask for something we don’t have on the floor, we might have it in the back or can tell you when it’s coming. We don’t have a big website or anything, we just prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more honest that way. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty with the road work outside, but we try our best to keep the sofas clean. Just a local shop doing its thing and helping neighbors find a good table.
