Lookman Electroplast Industries Ltd. is based over in C.I.T. Nagar, which is part of the Nandanam area. Our address is Old No. 9, and we’ve been here for quite some time. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started, but we’re still in the same spot doing what we do. It’s an industrial kind of setup, so there is always some noise from the machinery and people moving stuff around. We aren't really the type of place that has a polished reception area. Instead, you’ll find a lot of plastic components and electrical parts sitting in bins. The guys in the back are usually busy with the production side of things, and the front office is just a place to keep the paperwork straight. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We show up, check the orders, and start the day. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a local company in Nandanam making sure we get our work done properly. It’s a practical business, and we value the fact that we can just focus on the manufacturing without a lot of extra fluff or corporate talk. We just do the job and go home.
