Logans Architecture

You can find us at No E/18, Anna Avenue, tucked right behind the Ganapathy Ram Theatre in Adyar. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you aren't looking for it, but we like it that way. Logans Architecture is a small team, and we’ve been working out of this Adyar office for a while now. The theater nearby always has something going on, so there’s a bit of energy in the air. Our office is pretty lived-in; we have sketches pinned to the walls and samples of tiles and wood sitting on the windowsills. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or polished presentations. We’d rather spend that time making sure the drawings are accurate. People in Adyar know us as the local architects who are easy to talk to. We handle all sorts of projects, from small apartment renovations to bigger commercial spaces, but the approach is always the same. We just look at what needs to be done and try to find a sensible way to do it. There are days when the phones won't stop ringing and days when it’s so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We just take it as it comes. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, and we feel like we’re part of the furniture here after all these years. It is a bit of a mess sometimes with all the material samples everywhere, but that is just part of the job.
