Lifestyle Networks is tucked away at F-1, No.1 on Vellalar Street in Kodambakkam. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It’s mostly cables, servers, and computers around here. The office space is okay, maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of gear coming in for a big project. We don’t really have a front desk person, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it when someone knocks. Kodambakkam has its own rhythm, and we’re just part of it. Some mornings the traffic on the main road is a nightmare, so we might start a little later or stay late to finish up things. We don’t spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We’d rather just have good tools and a fast connection so we can work. People call us when things aren't working right on their end. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and figuring things out on the fly. We aren't some big corporate entity with a manual for every single thing. We just use our heads and fix things as they come up. It’s honest work. The neighborhood knows us by now. We’re just the guys on Vellalar Street who know about networks and how to get things running again. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a decent fan. We just keep at it and try to stay busy.
