Leo Constructions

We’ve got our small office set up over at 86th Street in Sivalingapuram. It’s part of K.K. Nagar in Chennai, and we’ve been here for quite some time, even though the building number changed from 111 to 30. Leo Constructions is mostly about getting out there on the sites, so the office is really just a place to store our tools and go over the blueprints. Chennai heat can be really something when you’re out on a building project, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the day. Our team is local, and we know these streets pretty well. Dealing with cement, bricks, and labor takes up most of our time. It’s a messy business and your clothes usually end up covered in dust by lunch. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If someone stops by, they usually just find us looking over some maps or arguing about where a pipe should go. The neighborhood in Sivalingapuram is mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise when we’re moving equipment around. It’s honest work, and seeing a house go up from nothing is still a good feeling even after all these years. We just take one project at a time and try to make sure everything stays standing like it’s supposed to. No fancy talk, just building stuff for the people around here.
