You can find us at New No.26 on Madhavan Road in Mahalingapuram. We still have the old No.38 on some of our older mail, but we’ve been here in Chennai for a long time. The office is pretty lived-in. There are stacks of folders everywhere and the coffee machine is always running. We handle various contracting tasks from this location. It’s a central spot, so it’s easy for the guys from the sites to drop by and drop off reports. We aren't into the whole polished business look. Our desks are messy and we usually wear casual clothes because we might head out to a dusty site at any minute. The neighborhood is okay, and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. When we started, there were fewer people here, but now it’s always crowded. We don't bother with big mission statements. We just figure out what needs to be built or fixed and we go do it. If you call, a real person answers, usually one of us who is already busy with three other things. It’s a bit chaotic but it’s how we’ve always worked. We just stick to the basics of construction and contracting and try to stay on schedule. That’s pretty much the whole story of this office. We’re just regulars doing our jobs.
