Lebonah Architects

We’ve been running things here at Lebonah Architects on the first floor of the CP28 building for a while now. It’s right on Razack Garden Road in Arumbakkam. If you know where the Poorvika Mobile Store is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s usually pretty busy around here with the traffic and everything. We spend most of our days looking at floor plans or heading out to sites across Chennai. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolls of paper and coffee cups, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage the work that way. Most people find us through word of mouth or just seeing the sign when they pass through Arumbakkam. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and uniforms. We just sit at our desks, do the drawings, and talk to contractors on the phone. Sometimes clients drop by just to ask a quick question about a wall or a window. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here uses big words or tries to act more important than they are. We just handle the architecture work that comes our way. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. It’s a plain office where real work happens every day, nothing more.
