Roof Plus

Roof Plus operates out of No.12 Periyanayagi Street in Laxman Nagar. Our office is tucked behind the Poorvika Mobile shop, right in the Kandanchavadi area along the OMR. Specifically, we are on the ground floor of the A Wing in the Adinath Apartments. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don't know the landmark, but once you see the mobile shop, you're close. We deal with roofing stuff and everything that goes with it. The office is usually a bit dusty because we have samples of materials lying around everywhere. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning. Being on the OMR means it’s always busy outside, but Laxman Nagar itself is a bit quieter. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We’ve been in this ground floor spot for a while now and it suits us fine. There’s no big receptionist or fancy lobby, just a door and our desks. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the materials get where they need to go. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We keep the windows shut to keep the OMR dust out. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints and talking to suppliers.
