Larsen & Toubro

This office is down in Chengalpattu, specifically at No: 25E in the Labour Housing Board area of Varadha Rajan Nagar, Hanumanthaputheri. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a quiet enough place to work. Larsen & Toubro has this spot here, and it’s mostly just us handling the local side of things. We aren't a big, flashy headquarters. It’s just a regular building where we sit and get through the paperwork. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just normal people, like G. Kannan’s son who is part of the setup here. We do the work that’s assigned, talk to the people who come by, and try to keep things tidy. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like we are changing the world. We are just doing our bit in Chengalpattu. The office is practical, with enough space for what we need and not much else. We know the local shops and the guys who deliver the water. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we just keep at it day after day without any fuss.
