Landtechs Orange Infrastructure Privatelimited is situated in the Bright Complex. We are on the 1st Floor, at No.173 and 174 on the 1st Main Road. This is in Nehru Nagar, right near the OMR in Kottivakkam. The OMR is always packed with people and tech parks, but we are tucked away a little bit. We work on infrastructure projects, which means a lot of heavy lifting and planning. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and samples of building materials. We don't have a corporate vibe here. It’s more about getting the job done than looking polished. Being in Kottivakkam puts us in a good spot to reach various sites across the city. We have a small crew that has been with us for a while. We deal with the nitty-gritty of roads, drainage, and basic structures. It’s not always pretty work, especially when you are dealing with underground utilities. There’s a lot of coordination needed with the city departments. Some days we are stuck in meetings, and other days we are out in the mud. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site and say what is possible. The traffic on OMR can be a nightmare for getting our equipment moved around, so we’ve learned to plan everything around the off-peak hours to save time and some sanity.
