Land Marvel

Land Marvel is up on the 3rd floor, units 45-47, over on 1st Main Road in Gandhi Nagar, Adyar. It is a decent climb if the lift is acting up, but the view of the street below is okay. We have been in Adyar for quite a bit now. Our office is a mix of old files and new tech. We do a lot of coordination from here, trying to keep different projects on track. It is often quite busy, with people coming in and out all day. Gandhi Nagar is a nice area, pretty green compared to other parts of the city. We like the lunch spots around here. Inside the office, it is mostly just us working through spreadsheets and maps. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We do not have a fancy interior designer for our own space; it is just functional. We have some old chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you get used to them. It is a place where we put in the hours to make things happen. We deal with a lot of the boring stuff like permits and paperwork that people do not usually see. It is a necessary part of the job. Adyar is a good home for us, and being on the 3rd floor keeps us a bit away from the street noise. It is just a regular office where we try to stay on top of things.
