It’s a busy spot but most people in Adambakkam know where the station is, so it makes finding the shop a bit easier. Lalitha Thanga Maaligai is just a local place where we handle jewelry and gold items. My family runs things here and we spend most of our days talking to neighbors who stop by. We don't have a big fancy website or a huge team of people in suits. It's just us behind the counter. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with traffic, especially near the station, but we like the location. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a ring resized or is looking for a gift, we just show them what we have in the cases. There’s no pressure or loud sales talk here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but Karunneegar Street still feels like home to us. We open up every morning and stay until the evening. Usually, someone is always around to answer questions if you walk in. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Chennai, just a reliable one for the folks living around Adambakkam.
