Velachery is a very busy part of Chennai, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. Being on the main road makes it convenient for people to stop by while they are out running errands. Our office is a modest space within the enclave. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big reception desk. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the chit fund business every day. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen the area change quite a bit. Despite all the new buildings, we keep our operations pretty traditional. We deal with a lot of paperwork and speak to our members face-to-face. It’s more personal that way. We aren't interested in being a giant company. We just want to serve the local community in Velachery. The staff here is small, and we all do a bit of everything. From answering the phone to filing documents, everyone chips in.
