L & T Group

Madipakkam, Chennai, is where our office is located. We are at 448/5, Lake View Main Road in Iyappa Nagar. It’s a decent area, though it gets very crowded with houses and small shops during the morning hours. This L & T Group branch sits in a spot that feels more like a residential neighborhood than a business hub. Some parts of the road offer a view of the lake, which is where the name comes from, and the breeze is a bit cooler there. Chennai humidity is a constant, so the air conditioning stays running in the main room all day. We are just a small part of the bigger group, doing our own thing here on this street. The office is tucked away and stays quite peaceful once the door is shut. Our desks and filing cabinets have seen better days, but they work. People around here are friendly and we’ve gotten to know the local shopkeepers. Same faces show up every morning when we go out to get some coffee or snacks. Big meetings aren't really our style. It’s more about the day-to-day coordination and keeping things moving forward. Parking is a bit tight on the main road, so we squeeze the bikes in where we can. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now.
