Ks Garments Co.

We've been over here at No. 48/18 Azeez Mohamed Street for quite some time now. Old Washermenpet is always busy, and we are right in the middle of it all at Ks Garments Co. It is a lot of work getting everything sorted with the fabrics and the sewing machines going all day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is when you are making clothes. People around here know where to find us. We handle a lot of different orders. Some are small and some are a bit bigger, but we just take them as they come. It’s a family-run kind of feel most of the time. My cousins help out and we have some steady workers who have been with us for years. We don't really do fancy ads or anything. Most people just walk in or call us up because they saw our sign. The street is narrow, so parking is always a headache, but we make it work somehow. We spend our mornings checking the stock and the afternoons are for packing things up. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we like the community here. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. It’s just a normal day-to-day business trying to get the orders out on time without too much fuss. We just try to do honest work and keep the machines running so we can pay the bills and come back tomorrow morning.
