Krj Travels

We have been set up at No 31 on Chakkaraichetty Street for quite some time now. Our office is right in the middle of the Kondithope-Sowcarpet area of Chennai. If you know where Gmttv School is, we are basically just a short walk from the gates. The office itself isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we handle travel bookings and bus tickets all day. Most of our mornings start early with local people dropping by to ask about timings or seat availability. The street outside gets really crowded around lunchtime, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if you are trying to come by in a car. We have spent many years in this neighborhood, watching the different shops change hands while we stay in the same spot. It gets a bit loud with the school kids and the local traffic noise, but we are well used to it by now. When the phones start ringing, we just get to work. We handle various travel needs for the people living here and the folks working in the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a little while, but we keep things moving as best as we can. It is just a regular local business life. We don't have a big shiny showroom, just some desks and old chairs. People stop in, sit for a bit, and tell us where they need to go. We check the screen and see what we can find for them.
