We are located at 39 Burkit Road. It’s a well-established spot and we’ve been here for a long time now. The building is easy to find if you’re driving or walking down the road. We handle a lot of different things here, specifically focusing on eyes and ear, nose, and throat issues. It’s a mix of patients every day. Some people are here for new glasses or eye checks, and others have sinus problems or ear infections. We have a few rooms set up for these different needs. It’s a practical hospital, not one of those shiny new medical towers. We like the feel of Burkit Road and the people who live and work around here. Our staff has been with us for years, so they know how things run and they know many of our patients by name. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain what’s going on in plain English. The waiting area has enough seats for a few families, and we keep it as comfortable as we can. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours when the road outside is busy, but we don't mind much. We just focus on the people in front of us. We keep our schedules pretty tight but always try to leave room for someone with a sudden problem. It’s an honest, hardworking place that’s been part of the neighborhood for a generation, just doing our daily tasks.
