Kreddmon Advisory Services is based in the Luz Apartments, right on Luz Church Road in Mylapore. Specifically, we are at A13, which is 78/146 on that road. It’s a very traditional part of Chennai, and we like being here because it has a lot of character. The office is actually an apartment, so it has a cozy, lived-in feel to it. We have our desks set up in what would be the living room and the bedrooms. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over our laptops or talking over a cup of filter coffee. Mylapore is famous for its coffee, and we definitely drink our share of it to keep going. We provide advisory services, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just look at the numbers and the facts and tell our clients what we see. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to impress anyone with big presentations. We just want to give practical advice that people can actually use. The neighborhood is always alive with the sound of bells from the temples and the general bustle of the market. It’s a good place to be. We are just a small group of people trying to do a decent job from our apartment office on Luz Church Road every day.
