You can find Laksha Gulecha Pet Industry over on Brahmin Street in Korattur. We are at number 31. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. We deal with pet products, mostly containers or plastic stuff. Our building isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of the people working here live nearby in Korattur. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. It’s not like those big companies in the IT parks. We have a lot of bags and raw materials stacked up in the corners. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time turning around in the street, but we help them out. We started this because we saw a need for these pet items in the local market. Now we send them all over. We don't have a fancy website with a lot of photos. We just talk to people on the phone or when they drop by the office. The floors get a bit messy with plastic scraps, but we sweep up every evening. It is a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the Korattur community. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the people who buy from us.
