We are situated over in the 2nd Block of Muthamil Nagar at number 351 on 35th Street. The best way to find us is to look for Sai Vivekananda School, as we are quite close to that. You can often hear the school bell ringing or the sound of children playing during their break times. Our work involves a lot of water solutions, so you might see some equipment or containers around the entrance. The office is basically one large room where we keep our tools and our records. It is a practical setup because we need to move things in and out quite often. The floor is made of plain cement and we have some sturdy shelves for all the parts we use. It gets a bit humid inside sometimes, especially in the summer, but we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high. There is always something to be fixed or a customer calling about their system. We just talk to them like neighbors and try to help them out with whatever they need. It is a local business, so we know a lot of people on this street by name. The desk in the corner is where we handle the billing and the scheduling. It’s a busy little spot but we like the pace of it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
