Ajwin Exports

Our office is at No. 190, situated in the 3rd Block on 60th Street in Muthamizh Nagar. Kodungaiyur is where we’ve set up Ajwin Exports. It’s mostly a residential area but there are plenty of small units like ours tucked away behind the houses. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. Our daily routine involves a lot of sorting through different items and getting them properly crated for shipping. The street can get a bit congested in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We have a small warehouse space attached to the office area. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but we make it work by staying organized. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a quick chat while we’re loading up the delivery vans. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. It’s mostly just a few of us doing the heavy lifting and the computer work. The weather here in Chennai can be quite humid, so we keep the ceiling fans running at full speed all day long. We deal with various products, mostly whatever our buyers are looking for at the time. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping dates with the agents. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just export goods and try to stay on top of all the paperwork. It’s a simple life in Muthamizh Nagar.
