We are located at Rajkham ‘Srishti’, which is number 105 on Arcot Road in Kodambakkam. It’s a very busy part of Chennai with lots of shops and people moving around. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. We’ve been building homes and apartments for a long time now. The building we are in is actually one we worked on ourselves. It’s not a super modern office with glass walls; it’s more of a traditional setup. We have a lot of walk-ins from people in the neighborhood looking for a place to stay. Kodambakkam is famous for the film industry, but we just focus on the bricks and mortar. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a lot of hype. Most of our business comes from people seeing our projects around the city. The heat in Chennai can be tough, so we keep the AC running all day. We just sit around the table and look at the floor plans. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use corporate jargon or big promises. We just try to get the construction finished so families can move in. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed, but we stay honest about it. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job for the community.
