KNM PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at 75, Bharathi Puram in Palladam. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the big cities, but we stay busy with plenty of local work. We mostly deal with site projects, which means we are usually out in the sun more than we are in the office. Construction is messy. There is always sand, cement, or some piece of equipment that needs fixing. We didn’t start this company to sit behind desks all day. Most of our guys prefer being on-site where they can see things actually being built. It’s satisfying to look at a piece of land and then see a structure standing there a few months later. We deal with all sorts of people, from laborers to vendors who sometimes show up late. That’s just part of the business, I guess. We try to keep our head down and just get the tasks finished. If a machine breaks down or the weather turns bad, we just figure out a different way to keep moving. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just answer the phone, go to the site, and do what needs doing. It’s a practical way to live. Sometimes the days feel long, especially when the Palladam wind starts blowing dust everywhere, but we are used to it by now. We just like building things properly when we get the chance.
