Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers Limited

We are located at No. 30 in Sri Balaji Nagar. It’s out in Urappakkam, which is part of the Chennai area but a bit further out. Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers Limited has been in this spot for quite some time. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the city center. We like it because we have enough space for our equipment. The office is simple. We have a few desks and a lot of maps and drawings on the walls. Urappakkam has grown a lot lately. There are new developments everywhere you look. We try to keep up with the pace. Our team is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger ones who are still learning. We don't have a big HR department or anything. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The Tamil Nadu heat is something we deal with every day. It makes the work hard, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. We just focus on the project we have in front of us. Sometimes the commute to the sites takes a long time because of the GST Road traffic. We just leave early to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a normal business with normal people working hard to build things properly. We are glad to be here.
