We are located at No 7, Shastri Nagar, on the 1st Avenue in Adyar. Adyar is a nice part of the city, and being on 1st Avenue means we get a bit of that coastal breeze sometimes. Our office is a quiet one, tucked away in Shastri Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a calm place to work compared to the busier parts of Chennai. We’ve been at number 7 for quite a while now. The building has seen many seasons, and it has that lived-in feel that you don't get with new glass towers. We don’t have a flashy sign or a big lobby. It’s just a gate and a door that leads to where we sit and handle our business. Most of the time, it's just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We like the neighborhood because we can walk out and find a good coffee or a bite to eat within a few minutes. The people around Shastri Nagar are mostly families or other small offices like ours. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Khivraj Holdings Ltd is run by people who have been around for a long time and prefer a simple way of doing things. We keep our files in order, answer our emails, and make sure everything is ticking along as it should. It’s a steady way to spend the week in Adyar.
