Kgr Exports & Imports

We’ve been at No. 27, Elangovadigal Street for a while now. Most people know where Pazhavanthangal is, but finding our specific door sometimes takes a minute because the street signs can be a bit tricky. Kgr Exports & Imports is just a small team working out of this space. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans running high while we go through all the paperwork for the shipping stuff. We handle a lot of different things coming in and going out, which means there are always boxes or stacks of documents sitting around. Sometimes the delivery trucks find it a bit tight getting down the road, but we manage. Most of us live close by, so we just walk or take a scooter to get here in the morning. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. We usually have tea together around eleven. People stop by to drop things off or ask about their orders. It stays busy from Monday to Friday, and by Saturday we’re mostly just tidying up for the next week. We don’t really do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else. It is a straightforward place and we like it that way.
