Ken Foundations

Ken Foundations is located at No M 20/4 on 27th Cross Street in Besant Nagar. We are quite close to the beach, so we get to see the sea every day if we walk down the road. It is a nice part of Chennai to be in. Our office is actually in a regular house, so it does not feel like a cold corporate building. We have been here for a while, working on foundations and construction stuff. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just answers the door. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking on the phone with workers. It is a lot of practical work and sometimes things get a bit dusty. We don't use any marketing words to describe what we do. We just build things and make sure the foundations are right. We like the atmosphere in Besant Nagar because it is not as rushed as other places. We know the people living on our street and we try to be good neighbors. We just do our work, deal with the daily problems that come up, and keep things moving. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. No big claims, just honest work.
