Falconus Import

Falconus Import is located at No. 12 F4 in the Arunachala Apartments. We are on Gandhi Nagar 1st Street over in Kelkattalai. It’s a residential-looking building, so sometimes people get a little confused when they first try to find us. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling imports and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with it. The office isn't very big, mostly just files, some samples, and a couple of desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see where shipments are. It can be a bit stressful when things get stuck at the port, but that’s just how this business goes. We know the neighbors in the apartment complex pretty well. It's a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays organized. We mostly deal with local businesses who need stuff from overseas. There’s no big showroom or anything, just us working out of this space in Kelkattalai. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is late, we just tell people. We’ve found that being straightforward works better than making things up. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our feet every single day. We’re just regular people trying to run a business and pay the bills.
