Kay Kay Radial Trading Centre is situated at 58, North Usman Road in T. Nagar. If you know anything about T. Nagar, you know it’s almost always packed with people and cars. Our shop is right in the thick of it, so there’s never a dull moment from morning until night. We have tires stacked up almost to the ceiling in some spots, and the smell of rubber is something you just get used to after the first hour of being here. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend our time checking treads, helping people pick out what they need for their vehicles, and doing the actual fitting out front near the road. It’s hot work, especially when the sun is beating down on the pavement outside. We don’t have a fancy showroom with air conditioning; it’s more of a practical space where we can get the job done quickly so customers can get back on the road. The tools are well-used, and our overalls are usually stained with a bit of grease and dust from the wheels. We’ve been dealing with wheels for a long time, so we’ve seen just about every kind of wear and tear you can imagine. We don't use any big sales pitches. We just look at the tires, tell you what we see, and let you decide what you want to do based on your budget. It’s a busy, noisy life on North Usman Road, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
