Kay International Ltd.

You can find Kay International Ltd. on the third floor of the Khaleeli Centre at 146/149 Montieth Road in Egmore. The building is one of those classic spots in that part of the city. Being in Office No. 18 means we have a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, which happens more often than we’d like. The office itself is fairly quiet compared to the noise of the traffic on Montieth Road. We have a few windows that look out towards the other buildings, and it’s a nice view when the sun is setting. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, working through the files and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a couple of old calendars on the wall and the usual office supplies scattered around. It feels like a lived-in space because we spend so much of our time here. The people in the other offices at Khaleeli Centre are friendly enough, and we often run into them in the hallways or near the entrance. Egmore is a central place to be, so it’s easy for folks to get to us, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We try to keep things simple and just handle the business as it comes in. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building over the years. We just keep things moving.
